"Platform" means the (mobile) website owned, controlled, maintained, and/or offered by Turagentam.com, on which the Service is provided.
"Service" means the online reservation service (including the provision of payments) of various products and services offered by the Suppliers on the Platform from time to time.
"Supplier", a service provider from time to time for reservation on the Platform (e.g. transfer, fast track, private jet, travel packages), parks/theme parks, tourist spots, museums, sightseeing tours, cruise tours, train and bus tours, transfers, tour operators, insurances or any other travel or related product and service.
Scope of Service
Through the Platform, we (Turagentam.com and its affiliate (distribution) partners) provide an online environment (i.e. a reservation service) where Suppliers can post their products and services for reservation, and visitors of the Platform can make similar reservations. By making a reservation through Turagentam.com, you will enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Supplier with whom you made a reservation or (where applicable) purchased a product or service. From the moment you make your reservation, we will act exclusively with an intermediary license between you and the Supplier by forwarding the details of your reservation to the relevant Supplier (s) and sending you a confirmation e-mail on behalf of the Supplier.
The information we notify while performing our services is based on the information provided to us by the Suppliers. It is ensured that suppliers are personally responsible for updating all prices, quotas, and other information displayed on our Platform as a result of providing access to an external network. Although we show reasonable skill and care in performing our services, we cannot verify and guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and accuracy of all information (including obvious defects and typographical errors); Any interruption (caused by possible (temporary and/or partial) malfunction, repair, improvement or maintenance work on our platform or others); We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-transmission of information. All suppliers are always responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and accuracy of the (descriptive) information (including prices and quotas) displayed on our Platform. Our service is for personal and non-commercial use only. For this reason, it is forbidden to resell, deeply link, use, copy, monitor, display, download or reproduce the content or information, software, reservations, tickets, products, and services offered on our Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
Price policy
Prices on our platform are extremely competitive. All service prices are expressed as a price per service provided, unless otherwise specified on our Platform or in the e-mail/ticket for confirmation purposes, especially VAT and all other taxes to be accrued within the scope of the legislation of the relevant country for services received from overseas Suppliers (domestic prices include all taxes. These taxes are displayed during the reservation) will be notified by the Supplier at the time of payment and then included in the prices. Ticket prices are per person or group and are subject to validity as indicated on the ticket, when applicable. From time to time, lower prices for a particular stay, product, or service are offered on our Platform; however, these prices provided by the Suppliers may be subject to certain restrictions and conditions, for example in cases of non-cancellation and refunds. Please check the relevant product, service, and booking conditions, and information thoroughly for any similar conditions before making your reservation.
Prepayment, cancellation, unused reservation, and additional information
By making a reservation from a Supplier, applicable to the relevant Supplier's conditions applicable to cancellation and non-use of the reservation (including the Supplier's additional information provided on our Platform and the Supplier's relevant facility rules) and to your reservation during your visit or stay, including the services and / or goods offered by the accommodation provider, (related to supply You submit and acknowledge that you are subject to additional terms and conditions. In case of an unused reservation or paid cancellation, relevant city/tourist tax may be collected by the Supplier. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions before making your reservation. Please note that a reservation requiring prepayment or (wholly or partially) prepayment (without prior notice or notice) may be canceled if the relevant (remaining) amount (s) is not paid in full on the relevant payment date specified in accordance with the relevant payment terms for the Supplier and the reservation. Before making your reservation, we recommend that you carefully read the cancellation, (pre) payment and non-reservation terms of the service and remember to make your remaining payments on time in accordance with the relevant reservation.
You will be making changes to your service date, be sure to notify the Supplier (timely / appropriately) so that the reservation or service is not canceled or the unused reservation fee applied. Our customer service department can assist you if you need assistance in notifying the supplier. Turagentam.com does not accept any responsibility for the change in the date of a service purchase or the cancellation of your reservation by the Supplier or the application of the unused reservation fee.
Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated, the software required for our services, offered on our Platform or used by our Platform, and the intellectual property rights (including copyrights) of the content and information and material on our website belong to Turagentam.com and its suppliers. Turagentam.com owns all rights, name and (with all intellectual property rights) of the Platform (including guest reviews and translated content) on which the service is provided, and everything related to the site (such as image and style, including infrastructure) and none of these can be copied or retrieved. , (hyper/deep) may not be linked, published, promoted, marketed, integrated, exploited, combined with anything else, or it's content (including translations and guest reviews) or brand used in any other way without our written permission. You may need to have a Turagentam.com Account to use some of our Services. You can create your Turagentam.com Account yourself. To protect your Turagentam.com Account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activities that occur on your Turagentam.com account or through your Turagentam.com account. Try not to use your Turagentam.com Account password in third-party apps.
Applicable Law, Authorized Courts, and Enforcement Offices
This Privacy / Data Protection Policy and Communication Permit are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes that may arise from the implementation of the Privacy / Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Permit.
